Yes, we accept returns on standard stock items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition. Please note that custom-cut lengths or specialized hardware may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shop Chain Link is a primary supplier of materials. While we do not offer direct installation, each order includes a comprehensive digital installation guide, and our support team is happy to recommend certified contractors in your local area.
